Am I Ratchet??

Hola el mundo!!

Okay so lately something has really been bothering me. I have been wanting to indulge in the whole Jordan craze. Like I haven't worn a sneaker since middle school. But I have seen some Jordans and some Nike Foamposites that have really caught my eye. 

*Sidebar* So right now I know there's some of you who don't even know what ratchet means so here's a definition straight from the, always reliable, Urban Dictionary. com.

These are absolutely fab to me, and I cannot even begin to explain why. Perhaps it's that gorgeous pink caressing the deep black...I just had a shoegasm :). But my potential ratchetness doesn't end there.

Yes guys, that is one of my fashion icons rocking a grill. That's pretty much ratchetness at its finest. And of course, I have always wanted one, but mi madre would never let me get one!! So are grillz now a fashion accessory? Is this ratchetness now acceptable? Should we purchase gloss to accentuate the gold in our mouths? And most importantly...am I ratchet? 

The Beginning!!

Greetings to all!

Hmm.. before I begin I just have to inform you guys of my "struggle." Starting this blog has NOT been an easy task for me. I've always been a decent writer, but journaling, keeping a diary, etc. has never been one of my strong suits. I always started them and pretty much forgot about them. But lately blogging has really been speaking to me!! Yes, I received the calling :), the calling to blog!! Excuse all the exclamation points, but I just have to express my enthusiasm.  So many MAJAH events have been taking place in my life, and I just want to have somewhere to chronicle them so I won't forget! I also want a place to blab about fashion, random, thoughts, and events. So grab some popcorn, sit back and relax, and watch my life unfold. Paige by Page

P.S. Tis' the fall semster, so I'm back at UT but, now I have my own apartment!! It's my very first apartment!!
